Due to the significant in demands for chemical dispersions from the natural, synthetic latex and other polymer, in particular from glove and dipped products manufacturer, ALPHA was established in 2009 as a manufacturer of high Quality water based colloidal dispersions.

The factory is located in Klang, Selangor. It lies within the main transport system of the country and close proximity to Port Klang, the main port in Malaysia.

ALPHA's factory is equipped with latest advanced manufacturing facilities and state of the art quality control instruments. ALPHA has invested significantly in its R&D facilities, as a commitment to continuous improvement in product quality and manufacturing processes. With the increasing number of people to feed, cooking facilities has increased accordingly to cater for our need. How many of us have pondered on the amount of FAT, OIL & GREASE that is used during the preparation for our meal?

Have we ever wondered why do our pipelines, grease traps, sewer pipelines clog or even foul odor from open drain? The following are the possibilities that lead to the said problems :-

2. Undersized pipelines and grease traps.

Imagine food preparation in the kitchen. Before a meal is prepared, we need to clean the meat, vegetables and etc. After a meal is prepared, we need to wash the utensils, where does all of this FAT, OIL & GREASE travel to?

It all flows down to our pipelines, open drain and grease traps and going through manholes leading to the sewer pipelines or open drains and also to rivers or ponds.

FAT, OIL & GREASE tends to accumulate in the areas as it turns from liquid to a solid state due to the change in temperature. Solid formation of FAT, OIL & GREASE is formed at the top of the water and if we were to leave it as it is over a period of may be 7-10 days untouched, we will have a piece of solid "CAKE" formation of FAT, OIL & GREASE which turns into a rock like state over a period of time.

The above mentioned are just a few of the problems that lead to clogging. Now, think about the aftermath.

1. Back flow of water in the pipelines that causes overflowing at the grease traps and floor traps.
2. Messy kitchen areas that are unhygienic and often having foul odor.

The system that we have comes from the clientele's on going problem which takes us to another level by designing and developing our own grease interceptors to complete our full system of automated dosing, treatment of waste at source to achieve desired results.
